Current Position: Clinical Nutrition Manager, NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, New York, NY. Khoo is a Registered Dietitian who has been practicing in pediatric clinical nutrition for over 13 years, with a focus on neonatal and pediatric nutrition. Her primary experience is in neonatal intensive care and cardiac infant nutrition, as well as pediatric intestinal rehabilitation. She is currently the Clinical Nutrition Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, and oversees a variety of pediatric/ neonatal areas, including a Formula Milk Room. She also has a personal interest in vegetarian/vegan nutrition. Khoo earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and completed her Dietetic Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore. She also holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
