Coleen Liscano, MS, RD, LDN, CDN CNSC, CLE, FAND

 

Current Position: Director of Clinical Nutrition, Boston Children’s Hospital 

Liscano worked as a pediatric dietitian throughout her career, providing care for the patients in the Neonatal and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Units and their outpatient clinics. She has developed and executed guidelines and protocols to optimize care for these patient populations. Liscano has served as the Administrator/Program Director of an ACEND® accredited Dietetic Internship Program. She has served as a contributing author and reviewer for the Pediatric Nutrition Care Manual®. She has reviewed manuscripts for the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Infant, Child, Adolescent Nutrition (ICAN) Journal. She is the past Chair of the Commission on Dietetic Registration and recently completed her elected term as Nominating Committee Chair with the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group. Liscano received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and her Master of Science in Kinesiology – Sports Nutrition from Loma Linda University and California Polytechnic University, Pomona respectively.
