The Nutrition Care Manual (NCM) and Pediatric Nutrition Care Manual (PNCM) backup CDs have been replaced by a PDF download, available under the Administration page. You may download the content and burn it to a CD for backup in case of an emergency where you might not have access to the Internet. Place the CD in a safe and accessible place, such as a binder, along with your approval form, sample menus, food lists, and policies.
