Client Education Enhancements:

In alignment with the Adult and Pediatric Nutrition Care Manuals®, all SNCM® client education handouts are now available in HTML format which offers additional benefits including:


  • Nutrient analysis for sample menus is linked to the USDA FoodData Central (to view the nutrient analysis for a menu, click on “View Nutrient Info” next to the menu title)
  • Customizable sample menus (for information on how to customize menus associated with any of the nutrition therapies, refer to the Nutrition Care Manual® Sample Menu Modification Tutorial available on the Client Ed/Diets home page.
  • Ability to tailor content by selecting any combination of material from tips, food list, and sample menus to meet your patient or client's needs
  • Ability to adjust font size
